Online store regulations
1. General Provisions
1.1. These terms and conditions define the rules for using the Perun Airsoft online store (hereinafter: “Store”), which sells products online.
1.2. The Store is operated by Perun Tech Sp. z o.o., located at ul. Konstantego Ildefonsa Gałczyńskiego, 72-100 Goleniów, NIP: 8561926302, REGON: 389975289, KRS: 0000922210.

1.4. The Store conducts mail-order sales within Poland and to selected countries worldwide.
2. Order Terms
2.1. Orders can be placed 24/7 through the website.
2.2. To process an order, it is necessary to provide correct contact details and a delivery address.
2.3. The store reserves the right to refuse order fulfillment in justified cases (e.g., lack of payment, incorrect data, product out of stock, technical error in the store’s software).
2.4. By placing an order in the store, the customer agrees to receive an electronic invoice. The issued invoice will be available in Polish or English.
3. Payments
3.1. Available payment methods are:
• Credit/debit card payment
• BLIK
• PayPal
• Przelewy24
3.2. Prices in the Store are displayed in [PLN/EUR/USD/GBP] currency and include VAT for customers from the European Union. For customers outside the EU, the price is displayed without tax.
3.3. Prices displayed in the store are adjusted to the buyer’s location. Please note that the displayed price may differ from the final price during checkout if the system incorrectly determines the buyer’s location. The exact price can be checked after adding products to the cart and selecting the address.
3.4. The Store reserves the right to change prices, organize promotions, and sales.
4. Delivery
4.1. Orders are processed within up to 4 business days from the payment being credited.
4.2. Delivery is carried out via courier services and Poczta Polska.
4.3. The delivery cost depends on the destination country and is displayed at checkout.
4.4. The store is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
5. Returns and Complaints
5.1. The consumer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
5.2. Returns are only possible if the product is unused and has the original packaging.
5.3. The cost of the return is covered by the buyer.
5.4. Complaints can be submitted via email or mail. The Store will review the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
6. Personal Data Protection
6.1. The Store processes personal data in accordance with the applicable GDPR regulations.
6.2. Customer data is used solely for order fulfillment and customer communication.
6.3. Each customer has the right to access, correct, or delete their data.
7. Final Provisions
7.1. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, Polish law applies.
7.2. The Store reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions. Changes take effect on the date of their publication on the Store’s website.
7.3. Any disputes arising from the Store’s activities will be resolved by the court competent for the Store’s registered office.
